About Jessica
Jessica Locarnini is an Australian Honey Sommelier and international honey judge focused on elevating the way honey is evaluated and understood.
Her work brings together sensory analysis, judging expertise and education to help people recognise the diversity and quality of Australian honey.
Jessica was the first Australian to become a member of the Italian Register of International Honey Experts, an organisation internationally recognised for leading and advancing sensory expertise in honey.
She has also completed specialised honey judging and sensory training with the American Honey Tasting Society and the American Honey Show Training Council.
Through judging panels, workshops and media contributions, her work supports the bees, beekeepers and landscapes behind the Australian honey industry.
